Up to mid 2000 = 418Mhz
Mid 2000 to mid 2004 = 433.92Mhz
Mid 2004 onwards = 868Mhz
You must order a replacement on the same frequency, the operating frequency
is printed on the back of the
keyfob transmitter and also on the receiver casing.
Note: 418Mhz transmitters are now
discontinued because this frequency has
been withdrawn from public use by the Home Office and re-allocated to the new

Compatibility
Each
remote control system manufacturer uses a unique security code
protocol,
therefore these Cardale DC series/E-King transmitters will not be compatible
with any other
make or model of remote control system even if
the radio frequency is the same
Security
Coding
If you have an existing (working) remote control transmitter, the
security code
can be 'cloned' from an original transmitter using
the
special programming
cable enclosed with each handset.
programming procedure
If
you no longer have a 'working' transmitter a new transmitter
must be
programmed by following the procedure in the original
Cardale door
operator users instruction manual - see below
