BFT MITT02 two channel & MITT04 four channel keyfobs must be 'registered' to a BFT receiver before use.

The current MITT0 transmitters don't have a button on the rear, this function is now accomplished by pressing and holding the two buttons on the front simultaneously for two seconds. (on a MITT04 use the upper two buttons)
