The MITT02 keyfob can provide individual control of up to two gates or
doors, the MITT04 keyfob can provide individual control of up to four items

BFT MITT0 series key-fobs must be 'registered' to the BFT receiver before use.
Note: in cases of joint ownership, it may not be possible to programme the remote yourself so you are advised to consult the original installer to verify whether or not the system is code locked. programming instructions

Note: the MITT0 case has undergone several design changes, some early batches had a blue casing with yellow buttons, the original case measured 75mm x 45mm x 15mm and used two CR2016 lithium batteries. (6v) The current version measures 65mm x 42mm x 15mm and uses a 12v battery type LR23A

The radio transmission frequency of BFT 'GT' & 'TE' series keyfobs
can be determined by the colour of the push-buttons as follows:

GT series 418Mhz - turquoise buttons
GTO1 one button - discontinued
GTO2 two buttons - discontinued
GTO4 four buttons - discontinued

Note: 418Mhz transmitters have been discontinued because this frequency was withdrawn from public use by the Home Office in December 2007 and re-allocated to the European TETRA radio system for the emergency services. (see the Radiocommunications Agency website for details)

The single channel transmitter type TE01 has been discontinued but the two channel
version (TE02) can be used as a direct replacement (just ignore the extra button)

Programming a new transmitter
BFT 'TE' series transmitters use DIP switch type security coding and have ten binary switches inside the battery compartment to set the security code to one of 1024 combinations.  To programme an additional transmitter, open your original keyfob transmitter and note the positions of the ten switches inside, then open your new keyfob and set the positions of the ten switches inside to the same sequence as those in your original keyfob.

Compatibility
Each remote control system manufacturer uses a unique security code protocol, therefore the above transmitters can only be used with the specific make & model of equipment for which they were intended and will not be compatible with any other make of remote control system even if the radio frequency is the same		 Note: We do not supply BFT transmitters on non-UK approved frequencies such as the following types:
