Compatibility
Each remote control system manufacturer uses a unique security code protocol,
therefore the above transmitters can only be used with the specific make & model
of equipment for which they were intended and will not be compatible with any
other make of remote control system even if the radio frequency is the same

Note: Hormann transmitters are available on several frequencies
and these are identified by the button colour so you must order a
replacement with the same colour buttons as your original transmitter

compartment and operate on one of the following radio frequencies :-

173.3Mhz types have an orange sticker inside marked "GB" - (no longer available - upgrade req'd)
26.975Mhz types have 26975 marked on the back at the top - (no longer available - upgrade req'd)
26.995Mhz types have 26995 marked on the back at the top - (replaced by type HSM27 below or upgrade)

Note :- if you are unable to identify the above markings the frequency
may be found on the tuning crystal inside (small metal can)
